We are looking to add a Technical Consultant to our growing Professional Services team. You will be a lead member that supports multiple integration platforms and will interact with some of our most important integration partners and clients. This role is a perfect mix of technical and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong interest in technical problem-solving and is comfortable researching, designing, and deploying integration solutions from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

● Engage with clients to assist with configuring and building out 3 rd party integrations to the Cosential platform;
● Research, design, and deploy planned and pre-scoped integrations to meet customer and Cosential requirements against known or new 3 rd party systems;
● Triage and resolve SQL and API related issues;
● Provide ongoing documentation, training, and feedback to internal colleagues;
● Create and edit documentation for our internal and external knowledge portal.

Required Skills/Experience:

● Practical knowledge of SQL, XML, XML schema, JSON;
● Understanding of SQL stored procedures, triggers, and jobs;
● REST and SOAP API Experience;
● Basic database structure and data management;
● File Transfer Protocol experience (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP);
● Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role;
● Highly adaptable and self-motivated, able to operate in complex environments while successfully managing simultaneous projects;
● Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, documentation, and time- management skills;
● Prior technical support: tier 2 support, sales engineering, or product engineering experience welcomed;
● Enterprise iPaaS experiences - such as Workato, Tray.io, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.

English - Upper-Intermediate (B2).
