We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Helpware team! If you love working with customers from a variety of industries in a rapidly changing environment, then come and grow with us!

The Sales Development Representative role is the best job out there for someone looking to grow in a sales and business development role at a fast-paced growth-stage startup.

How your skills and passion will come to life:

  • You will respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries and help the company to execute its wellness needs;
  • Craft a phenomenal first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a best-in-class experience and pleasant encounter with customer service;
  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and build relationships through communication;
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the product;
  • Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits;
  • Conduct "pre-call" investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer's current state, competition, etc.;
  • Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business;
  • Opportunity to continuously source new business prospects through outbound activities and occasionally prospect on Events;
  • Collect market intelligence and competitive information;
  • You are high-energy and embody a positive attitude;
  • Strong desire to be in B2B sales position;
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle time effectively;
  • Write professional, succinct, and articulate emails to prospective accounts;
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment;
  • Being confident and eager to consistently communicate with C-Level Executives;
  • Team-player and go-to person.

Hard skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred;
  • 2+ year(s) of sales experience, preferably as an SDR, required;
  • You are eager to learn and have a deep interest in selling a B2B Product;
  • Experience in cold calling and new customer acquisition;
  • Interested in the Wellness and Meditation space a plus.

Language Requirements:

English - Proficient (C2);
German - Advanced (C1).
