Healthcare Recruiter to aid in the sourcing of talented therapy providers to join the Infinite Services team!
Responsibilities:
- Source databases internal/external for therapy providers.
- Receive resumes from ads the home office posts on job boards and reach out to candidates within 24 hours.
- Reach out to providers, develop relationships and turn cold leads to warm leads.
- Present warm leads to point person in-home office.
- Set up interviews with Hiring Managers
- Responsible to keep the database up to date in regards to provider's status etc.
