Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for an experienced Data Import Specialist to join our Helpware team.

Position Overview:

We provide a restaurant-specific accounting and back-office software platform that alleviates the significant burdens placed on restaurant operators – allowing concepts to operate more efficiently and profitably in a digital world.

We are a rapidly growing SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry. Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, all-in-one accounting and operations solution for restaurants.

The Data Import Specialist is responsible for working directly with customers and supporting Implementation Managers and Customer Success Managers to import client historical data from legacy accounting systems. This position requires that you are a wiz at working in Excel and love data files and creating macros.

Primary Responsibilities:

● Be technically savvy and competent
● Manage client submitted data files
● Configure, import, and crosswalk historical client data
● Partner with Implementation and Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth and complete project
● Contribute to ongoing process documentation
● Create macros and process improvements to drive efficiencies
● Quick thinkers & able to adapt
● Responsive to the needs of Customers
● Communication via phone or email
● Provide help regarding the company products or services
● Full dedicated to a 40 hour work week
● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● Outstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customers
● Capability to maintain the highest confidentiality around company proprietary information
● Proficient in VBA and creating macros
● Enjoyment of working with and communicating with people and solving problems
● Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasant
● Working accounting knowledge
● Familiarity with financial reports a plus
● Solid problem-solving skills
● Strong organizational skills
● General restaurant knowledge and experience a plus
Must be able & willing to work 9:00 am – 6:00 pm CST Weekdays
