Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Bi-Lingual Support and troubleshooting in Spanish and English
- Provide customer support via chats and/or emails
- Ensure to provide top quality customer service
- Entering data into CRM, different online tools, and cloud-based platforms
- Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or Helpware
Qualifications:
- Very good English level and/or Advanced Spanish level
- Great English & Spanish writing and reading skills
- Willingness to communicate competently with customers on very specific scenarios
- At least one + years Customer Service Experience
- Ability to learn fast and Multitasking skills required
- Stay updated on client product news
- Some technical knowledge/know how the app works
- Empathetic, curious Support Agents
- Always writing in a warm and friendly tone to the customers during all conversations
- Open to feedback
- Good under stress and KPI related effort
- Available to work in flexible shifts
