We are growing and looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be a part of our Support Team.
Responsibilities: - Bi-lingual Support for the product in Spanish and English
- Provide customer support via emails and/or phone
- Keeping customers happy about the product and our services
- Entering data into CRM, different online tools, and cloud-based platforms
- Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or Helpware
Qualifications and Skills: - Advanced English level (C1+)
- Great English writing and reading skills
- Willingness to communicate competently with customers by phone
- At least 1+ years Customer Service Experience
- Ability to learn fast
- Multitasking
- Stay updated on client product updates
- Some technical knowledge/know how the app works
- Proactive individuals
- Empathetic, curious Support Agents
- A friendly tone, humble
