Role description Currently, we are looking for a German-speaking Support Associate for our client to join our team. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer chat conversations with German and English-speaking customers, collaborating on the support function development in teams, and providing help with other requests. Please note that this role requires being able to work on weekends!

- You have experience working in a customer-facing or logistics role.
- You have an empathic tone of voice and the capability to adjust the tone to your audience.
- You are tech-savvy: feel comfortable with different tools and have strong experience in using apps.
- You can grasp new knowledge quickly.
- You can multitask and prioritize incoming interactions simultaneously and effortlessly.
- You have a can-do attitude and are willing to work in a dynamic environment.
- You love food. You are an expert when it comes to food recommendations to everyone
- Fluent German and working proficiency in English is required.

Customers can order from any available restaurant and pick up or order delivery through a courier partner.
