Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Accounting Support Representative to join our Helpware team.

Position Overview:

We provide a restaurant-specific accounting and back-office software platform that alleviates the significant burdens placed on restaurant operators – allowing concepts to operate more efficiently and profitably in a digital world.

We are a rapidly growing SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry. Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, all-in-one accounting and operations solution for restaurants.

As an Accounting Support Representative, you will be responsible for helping clients answer questions they have regarding the accounting tools provided by Restaurant365. You will be responsible for assisting and answering general accounting questions, as well as identifying errors and coaching the client on how to correct them in the tool.

Primary Responsibilities:

● Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
● Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
● Documents financial transactions by entering account information
● Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
● Summarizes current financial status by collecting information
● Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
● Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
● Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
● Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
● Secures financial information by completing database backups
● Maintains financial security by following internal controls
● Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
● Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
● Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
● Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
● Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

● General restaurant knowledge and experience
Must be able & willing to work 9:00 am – 6:00 pm CST Weekdays
