We are growing and have an open position as a English Customer Support Representative.
Multiple positions are available!
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written skills in English
Basic technical background (strong experience in using apps)
Proactive approach, empathetic individuals, problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Providing Customer Support for the website users
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels (chat/emails)
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing client's product inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
