Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written skills in English or English and Spanish or English and German
- Basic technical background (strong experience in using apps)
- Proactive approach, empathetic individuals, problem-solving skills
- Providing Customer Support for the website users
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels (chat/emails)Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing client's product inside and out so that you can answer questions.Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Downtown Kyiv location in a modern office (10-minute walk from Kontraktova)
