We are growing and have an open position as a Customer Support Representative in English / English and Spanish / English and German.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written skills in English or English and Spanish or English and German
  • Basic technical background (strong experience in using apps)
  • Proactive approach, empathetic individuals, problem-solving skills


  • Providing Customer Support for the website users
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (chat/emails)Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing client's product inside and out so that you can answer questions.Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
